What we hold

This website has no accounts, comments, uploads or checkout, so there is nothing to delete for ordinary visitors. The only personal data we can hold is:

• an adult's email address if you joined the parent newsletter;
• the contents of emails you sent us;
• the public interactions you chose to have with our Instagram, Facebook or YouTube presence (likes, comments, follows), which live on those platforms under their own rules.

We never collect data from children and we do not run apps, games or logins that store user profiles.

How to ask for deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line Delete my data from the address you want removed. Say which of the items above you mean. We confirm by reply within 30 days and delete the newsletter record, our copy of your emails and any note that mentions you. We keep only what a law requires us to keep, and we tell you if that applies.

Instagram and Facebook

Our Instagram and Facebook pages are managed through Meta's platform tools. We do not download, store or process your Meta profile data; we only publish our own posts. If you interacted with our pages and want that interaction removed, delete it on the platform, or email us and we will remove any reply of ours that quotes you. To remove Meta's own records, use Meta's data tools: on Facebook, Settings and privacy, Your information, Delete; on Instagram, Accounts Centre, Your information and permissions.
