About these terms
These terms describe how you may use this website, which is run by KUDIMI Studios as an informational site for families, teachers, press and partners. Parents and caregivers should guide children's use. Children are not asked to enter into contracts, open accounts or make purchases here. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the site.
Permitted use
You may browse the website for lawful personal, family, educational or business-evaluation purposes. You may download and print our free printables under the licence described below. You may not attack or disrupt the site, bypass security, distribute malware, scrape it to train or feed automated systems without permission, impersonate KUDIMI Studios, or use our materials in a misleading or unlawful way.
Our content and intellectual property
The KUDIMI name and logo, the characters Kudimi, Chiku and Tara, our songs, lyrics, melodies, recordings, animation, illustrations, book layouts and the text of this website are owned by KUDIMI Studios (or used with permission) and protected by copyright, trade mark and related laws. All rights are reserved except as expressly granted on this page or on the licensing page.
Public domain works. Some of our videos and books are based on traditional nursery rhymes whose words and tunes are in the public domain. The traditional words and tunes remain public domain and we claim no rights in them. Our arrangement, recording, animation, characters, staging, illustrations and layouts are original KUDIMI works and are protected.
AI-assisted work. Our lyrics, story text and website copy are drafted with an AI writing assistant under human direction, and our current singing voice is a synthetic voice. We disclose this where platforms require it and on our About page. We claim rights in these works to the extent the law of each country allows.
Free printables licence
Printables offered on this site are free for personal use at home and for non-commercial use in classrooms, nurseries, libraries and therapy settings. You may print as many copies as you need for the children you look after or teach. You may not sell them, bundle them into paid products, remove our name from them, or post the files on other websites (link to our page instead). Full details are on the licensing page.
Brand kit
Logos and character images in our brand kit may be used by press and partners to refer to KUDIMI, unaltered and with credit. This permission does not imply endorsement and does not transfer any ownership. Do not use them to suggest a relationship that does not exist.
Availability, learning and safety
Release dates and "coming soon" or "in production" labels describe our plans. They are not offers or guarantees. Our songs and books are entertainment that practises simple skills; they are not medical, developmental, educational or professional advice, and we do not guarantee any learning outcome. Caregivers decide whether content suits their child and supervise activities such as colouring, cutting and movement. We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
No sales on this website
This website does not accept payments, orders or subscriptions, and you should never email us payment details. Our books are sold by external retailers (such as Amazon KDP marketplaces and Pothi), whose own checkout, price, delivery, cancellation, refund and privacy terms govern each purchase. If we ever sell directly, we will publish sales terms before doing so.
External services
Links to YouTube, Instagram, retailers and other third-party services are provided for convenience. We do not control their availability, content, advertising or data practices. Review their terms with a caregiver before using them.
Limits and your statutory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies in your country. We do not impose arbitration, class-action waivers or an exclusive court on users of this informational site.
Reporting a rights concern
If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email [email protected] with "Rights report" in the subject, identify the work and the page, state your authority to act, and give us a way to reach you. Do not include sensitive personal information. We take such reports seriously and respond promptly.
